Our 1967 Popcorn Wagon-This is where we dip our apples, pop our popcorn, make our delicious Home Made Carmel Corn, and spin our Cotton Candy!
The first Popcorn Wagon in our family. Things were a lot different then, We only sold Popcorn and Carmel Corn (Carmelo-Crisp). The Candy and Carmel Apples, the Cotton Candy, the Snow Cones and the soft drinks all came years later.

The wonder goes on and on.
What made a fair so magical when you were young? Was it the lights, or the animals? The crowds? Buildings full of the best that your neighbors could grow or bake or can or sew? Row upon row of bright, shiny tractors would fill a cornfield, and on Veterans Appreciation Day there would be a group of men as old as Grandpa wearing their service caps and ribbons as they led the crowd in the pledge of allegiance. You remember. So do we.
It's different things for different people, but one thing that almost everybody agrees on is that they remember that food! Sausages sizzling on a grill buried in onions and peppers, a fresh hot Elephant Ear drizzled with butter and coated in cinnamon sugar, and everybody's favorite, The Popcorn Stand!
No matter what your favorite was, almost everybody agrees that it used to taste better than it does now. At least that was the case before we dedicated ourselves to restoring the glory of the traditional favorites. Sure, a piece of chocolate covered bacon or a Hot Beef Sundae is something to talk about, but not something youŐd probably have more than once. On the other handÉ.
Everything is made the way My Great Grandparents made it in 1920, everything is guaranteed to be the best on the midway!
Childhood passes too quickly, and youth is wasted on the young. But-you can relive those feelings. All it takes is just one bite...
